Why should I use you as my conveyancer?

How long does the conveyancing process take?
The typical journey runs 4-6 weeks from contract exchange to settlement, but every property has its own timeline.
What’s the turnaround time for preparation of a Contract for Sale?
We’ll have it ready in 1-3 business days once we get all the authorities’ statutory documents. Once we have everything we need, we’re on it like a first home buyer on their grant. (No offence, first home buyers.)
What’s the turnaround time for a review of a Contract?
While giving 24 hours’ notice helps us plan, we get that real estate moves fast and can work to your timeline. Just let us know when you need it, and we’ll make it happen.
What are your fees?
Good question. Every property sale and purchase is different, which is why we provide customised quotes based on your specific situation. We promise clear & transparent pricing upfront, so you’ll know exactly what you’re paying for before we start dotting i’s and crossing t’s.
What happens if there‘s an issue with the property I’m buying?
Not to brag, but this is where having us in your corner pays off. We’re like property detectives, digging into everything from easements and encroachments to sneaky contract clauses. When we spot something fishy (and we have), we don’t just drop the problem in your lap—we explain what it means in plain English, outline your options, and guide you through resolving it (if we haven’t fixed it first, of course).
Do I need to meet you in person?
Your time is precious—we get that. And while we’re always up for a face-to-face chat if that’s your style, our entire process runs smoothly without you ever needing to find our office. Think: secure digital signing, video calls, and clear timelines that fit around your life—not the other way around.
Do you work with first-time buyers?
